Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales/clinical experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs, and meeting targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, manage contracts, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and maintain patient impact focus.
• Uphold Amgen values and ethical standards in all activities.
