Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages, programs, and educational activities; meet or exceed targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, address customer needs, ensure product access, and manage contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activity effectiveness, and plan territory strategies with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the Senior Specialty Representative role.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain this focus throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values, act ethically, and collaborate with teams while prioritizing patient impact.
