The role requires adapting to in-person and virtual engagement, building physician relationships, and meeting sales targets while upholding Amgen values and patient focus. A strong healthcare sales background is preferred, with promotional experience across therapy areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science not sales-related OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science not sales-related OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science not sales-related

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to clinicians to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and conducting programs with in-person and virtual engagements.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, manage access and contracts, and address reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain patient focus throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values and ethical standards, fostering trust and collaboration.
