Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to drive demand for cardiovascular medicines and engage regional thought leaders with scientific dialogue aligned to approved indications.

You will serve as the primary contact for community-based HCPs, coordinate with internal teams to meet scientific needs, and lead in-office discussions and speaker programs while staying current on emerging data.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
• Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately.
• Proven credibility-building and account management; track record meeting/exceeding goals.
• Cardiovascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
• Build demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans; use tools (e.g., SOPHIA) for insights and dynamic call planning.
• Conduct accurate scientific dialogue using approved resources; lead in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns).
• Organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging approved-indication data.
• Engage Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
