Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator for the Cardiovascular MRI Research Center. You will lead participant recruitment, screen using EPIC EMR, obtain informed consent, and coordinate MRI imaging visits for a portfolio of NIH-funded studies focused on heart failure and related conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 1-3 years of related work experience in a medical setting; clinical research setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and EPIC EMR system is required.
• Experience coordinating cardiovascular imaging research studies is highly valued.
• Familiarity with GCP, IRB regulations, HIPAA, and NIH-funded research is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead participant recruitment and enrollment for multiple prospective cardiovascular MRI studies.
• Screen potential participants using EPIC EMR and referrals, coordinate informed consent.
• Coordinate baseline and follow-up visits including MRI and imaging procedures.
• Manage study data, regulatory documents, and eCRFs; ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, audits, and regulatory submissions as needed.
