Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to create demand for BMS medicines.
• Maintains/grows high level of scientific expertise in all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE³ and other tools to inform call planning and provide feedback for improvement.
• Engages with stakeholders to ensure quality Customer Experience (Cx).
• Collaborates with field teams to share insights and improve service to HCPs.
