Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in South Jersey seeks an experienced Echo Technologist to perform 2D and 3D echocardiograms at the bedside and in the Echo Lab.

You will assist cardiologists with TEE and intracardiac echo, and participate in the on-call rotation. Preferably 3-5 years in echocardiography; ARDMS/CCI certification required within 6 months of hire; data entry and reporting to physicians.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3-5 years experience in echo including 2D Doppler, Color Doppler and TEE.
• RDCS or RCIS Filing; data entry into the computer; reporting to physicians.
• Must obtain ARDMS or CCI certifications within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D and 3D echocardiograms at bedside and in Echo Lab.
• Assist Cardiologist with TEE and intracardiac echo.
• Rotate hospital on-call schedule; respond within 45 minutes of call.
