Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced CMRI Technologist II to perform routine to complex cardiovascular MRI exams. You will mentor CMRI Technologist I and students, support clinicians, and exercise independent judgment in challenging diagnostic procedures while upholding safety standards.

The role requires three years of MRI experience with cardiovascular imaging, appropriate ARRT/ARMRIT/ARDMS/CCI credentials and BLS, and strong communication with patients and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Three years MRI experience with one year in cardiovascular imaging.
• Must have ARRT RT(MR) or ARMRIT or ARDMS/CCI plus BLS.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic cardiovascular CMRI exams and communicates findings.
• Posts process and documents data for physician readings and reports.
• Assists physicians during clinical and research procedures.
• Mentors CMRI Technologist I and students.
