Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Cardiac and Vascular Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic angiography and interventional procedures. You will operate advanced imaging equipment, position patients, and assist physicians during complex cardiovascular interventions.

The role requires state RT licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in angiographic procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in radiologic technology (preferred)
• Three years of technical experience (preferred)
• Experience as Special Procedures Technologist (preferred)
• RT license in state of practice (Required)
• CPR/BLS certification (Required)
• BLS certification is required as per AH policy
• HLFS certification (Required)
• FLUORO certification (Required)
• PVMB/TEAM/TEAM-A/CPI certifications (Required)

Responsibilities

• Operates diagnostic imaging equipment to produce contrast enhanced radiographs of heart and cardiovascular system during cardiac catheterization.
• Assists physicians with specialized procedures and selects technical factors per protocol.
• Gathers patient information, explains procedures, and provides discharge instructions.
• Monitors patient status and life-support indicators during imaging and interventions.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to program standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
