Job summary

A-Team Solutions in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a full-time Echo Technician to support the VA Hospital on contract. The technician will perform cardiac ultrasonography, generate preliminary and final reports, and assist during invasive echocardiograms under cardiology supervision.

Candidates must graduate from a cardiovascular technology program, hold ARDMS or CI credentials or be eligible, and have 1–2 years of clinical echocardiography experience with continuing education in the field.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a cardiovascular technology program or accredited Ultrasonography program with cardiac specialty.
• ARDMS certification or registry eligible, with 1–2 years clinical echocardiography experience.
• Maintains BLS and ACLS certifications and relevant continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient and inpatient echocardiography including stress/contrast studies.
• Prepare preliminary and final echo reports under cardiology supervision.
• Schedule patients and communicate results requiring urgent physician intervention.
