The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management within banking/finance, with Agile experience and strong analytical skills to drive data-backed decisions and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution of strategic priorities leveraging Agile practices.
• Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Passion for driving results and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develops advanced card product knowledge for complex problems and strategic initiatives.
• Builds business cases for risks and opportunities and implements solutions to increase spend and balance growth.
• Monitors day-to-day KPIs, identifies trends, and escalates issues as needed.
• Leads coordination among IT, operations, risk, and other teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Implements controls to measure and manage risks and ensure compliance.
• Ensures staff training and resources are in place to adhere to risk management principles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
