Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Card Origination Manager Sr to ensure a stable, compliant environment for card origination platforms with a Third Party Vendor. The role translates credit policy and regulatory requirements into origination systems while following established change-management processes.

The position leads platform enhancements, testing, and production releases, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain high reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of digital/technology product or program management, preferably in financial services.
• Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Card products (Debit, Credit, other card-based payment products) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational owner for credit card application decisioning platforms.
• Lead coordination of platform enhancements and production issues; draft change requests and validate testing plans.
• Develop test plans and perform testing/production validation across platforms.
• Participate in scheduled and off-hour production releases as needed.
• Lead weekly status meetings with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive timely resolution of customer- and underwriter-impacting production issues within SLAs.
• Ensure root cause analysis and remediation documentation is completed timely.
• Collaborate with management to adjust delivery timelines under changing conditions.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including compliance reporting and change management.
