Job summary

Huntington Bank seeks a Card Origination Manager Sr to own credit card origination platforms held with a third-party vendor, translating credit policy and regulatory requirements into operational systems for Consumer, Secured Card, and ROL Mobile Prescreen portfolios.

You will lead platform enhancements, drive testing, and coordinate production releases, with weekly vendor reviews and issue resolution to meet SLAs. A Bachelor's is required with 5+ years in fintech product/program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in digital/tech product or program management in financial services.
• Master’s degree preferred in business/management/engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational owner for card origination platforms with third-party vendor support.
• Lead platform enhancements, draft change requests, review requirements, and validate testing plans.
• Develop test plans and oversee testing/production validation across portfolios.
• Coordinate releases, participate in off-hours deployments as needed.
• Lead weekly status meetings with vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues with defined SLAs and RCA documentation.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and change/control processes.
