Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking an experienced composite fabrication professional to join a high‑volume production environment focused on carbon fiber parts. The role requires reading technical drawings, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining thorough documentation for traceability.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance in all manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in composite fabrication, carbon fiber.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for operational excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual lay-up of carbon fiber prepregs and prepare parts for curing.
• Operate and maintain heavy manufacturing equipment (presses, CNC router, overhead cranes).
• Document work in travelers/logs and generate reports with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
• Support continuous improvement by optimizing production processes and safety adherence.
