Job summary

Legend Biotech seeks a Senior Cell Therapy Account Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. You will represent Legend’s CAR-T products to oncology accounts, develop business plans, and drive sales growth across a defined geography.

The role requires 4+ years in pharma/biotech sales, experience with Multiple Myeloma or cell therapy, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Travel up to 75% and adherence to compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.
• Experience with Multiple Myeloma and cell therapy/bone marrow transplant is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and presentation) skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents Legend’s products to a defined customer base and achieves sales targets.
• Drive brand choice amongst institution-based oncology customers.
• Develop and implement account business plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 75% and manage large accounts with strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
