Job summary

Legend Biotech USA seeks a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist to join the Sales team in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on representing Legend's CAR-T and cell therapy portfolio to oncology accounts, building strategic account plans, and driving targeted sales in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of pharma/biotech sales, experience with cell therapy or bone marrow transplant, and a proven track record of meeting sales objectives. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Cell therapy/bone marrow transplant experience preferred.
• Experience with Multiple Myeloma.
• Product launch experience in a competitive environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with autonomy.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Represents Legend's products to a defined customer base and grows sales.
• Develops account plans and navigates complex oncology accounts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Delivers insights on territory trends and market opportunities.
• Prepares territory budgets and manages external expenditures.
• Reports call activity and maintains accurate records.
