Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced Capture Solutions Architect Chief to join the Solutions & Technology group in Chantilly, VA, with hybrid options in Reston/Arlington. You will lead technical solution development for government captures and proposals, translating requirements into compelling, winning technical solutions across IC and DoW programs.

Reporting to the Intel Space CTO, you will craft architectures, prototypes, and roadmaps, collaborating with capture managers and SMEs while aligning with bid

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with ability to get TS/SCI with Poly.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience in defense industry supporting IC or Classified Space Customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for captures and proposals in response to government RFPs/RFIs/Sources Sought.
• Author and develop technical volumes, white papers, and solution narratives from concept to completion.
• Analyze and decompose complex government requirements across mission areas and technical domains.
• Collaborate with capture managers and SMEs to shape winning strategies.
• Drive technical innovation by integrating emerging technologies into proposed solutions.
• Develop solution architectures including system designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Engage with government customers during pre-RFP shaping activities.
• Support cost and pricing with technical basis of estimates and WBS.
