Croda in New Castle, Delaware, is looking for a Project Manager to lead the Capital Project Department and oversee multiple engineering staff. This role involves managing projects ranging from facility repairs to major installations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, alongside 8-10 years of project management experience within the chemical or refining sectors. Excellent benefits including medical coverage and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project engineering or management experience.
• Experience managing projects from $1-20M throughout their lifecycle.
• People management and commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Capital Project Department and supervise project managers and engineers.
• Interface with departments to develop project scopes and requirements.
• Manage 3rd party engineers and contractors throughout project life cycles.
