Group14 Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead massive capital projects from planning through execution. You will partner with program managers, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in program or project management focusing on capital projects.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Willingness to travel to project locations inside and outside the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for capital projects within the program.
• Allocate and manage company resources across projects.
• Track budgets and expenses to keep projects within budget.
• Use Earned Value Management to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee execution of projects within the capital program.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Manage changes and obtain approvals from relevant parties.
• Report progress to management and stakeholders.
