Merck's Global Engineering Solutions (GES) seeks a Senior Specialist of Engineering to lead capital projects across manufacturing, laboratory and infrastructure. You will manage integrated teams, deliver assets on time and within budget, and coordinate with design leaders and external partners.

A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of project delivery are required. Strong communication, change management and cost controls are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering capital or expense projects.
• Experience leading integrated project teams to asset delivery on time and budget.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present status and funding proposals.
• Excellent decision making, change management and team alignment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Quality, Technology, Maintenance and Safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an integrated project team to deliver assets on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple capital projects or a portfolio from scoping to completion.
• Coordinate with design leaders and external FEL partners.
• Support equipment reviews, FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Develop project execution plans and risk management.
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
