The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years of project delivery experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% across Americas plant sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of five years delivering capital/expense projects.
• Experience leading integrated project teams to assets within time and budget.
• Strong written and oral communication for status updates and funding presentations.
• Excellent decision-making, change management, and team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated project team to deliver critical assets on time and budget.
• Manage a portfolio of capital projects from scope to completion.
• Coordinate with design leaders and FEL partners for equipment and facility design.
• Oversee equipment reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards (GMP).
