Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering and capital project experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects simultaneously from design through startup.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, safety, finance, procurement, and plant leadership.
