Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Project Lead- HDM to coordinate and drive capital maintenance and engineering projects from front end to closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and apply engineering expertise to improve reliability and lifecycle costs.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 5–7 years of full-cycle project management, with ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from an accredited school or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of full cycle project management experience.
• Experience in capital project governance, vendor management, scheduling and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams on large capital projects across several sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through full lifecycle from front end to close out.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, maintainability and lifecycle cost.
• Coordinate technical developments, scheduling and problem resolution.
• Provide functional and technical support to factories and stakeholders.
