Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field required.
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in engineering and/or leadership.
- Ability to Direct/Lead/Manage cross functional teams.
- Understanding of financial and manufacturing KPIs.
- Dairy processing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects to complete on time and within budget.
- Complete phases including technical studies, product design, specifications, and testing.
- Provide technical support to factories to minimize production issues.
- Apply engineering expertise to equipment design and quality improvement.
- Develop capital budgets and cost-control plans.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Promote KHMS and drive cost reduction initiatives.
