Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is seeking a Senior Capital Project Engineer to manage engineering and facilities projects at our New Hope, MN campus. You will lead capital equipment installations, optimize manufacturing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering, requires 5+ years of experience, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with responsibilities across multiple LDI locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in mechanical design, capital planning, process engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong technical expertise with focus on safety standards.
• Expert in creating drawings and layouts using CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead or collaborate as project manager for capital equipment installations.
• Ensure manufacturing systems comply with industry and company standards.
• Conduct hazard analysis and maintain safety focus throughout projects.
• Travel to various LDI locations up to ~30% as needed.
