ChamberMaster in Hawaii seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager, Engineering to lead the capital program for our food-grade CPG and nut processing facilities. You will manage projects, coordinate with contractors and OEMs, and drive reliability and safety initiatives across processing lines and utilities.

You will work with Operations, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure throughput, quality, and cost objectives while meeting regulatory requirements and energy targets in

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering; advanced degree or PE preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of project management in manufacturing/operations, preferably in Food, CPG, or nut/agribusiness processing.
• Project Management certification preferred but not required; strong knowledge of lean and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, SQF/BRC or similar sanitary design standards.
• Experience managing capital projects from concept through commissioning and contractor oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the annual capital plan from approvals to oversight of all projects.
• Lead larger capital engineering projects and coordinate with contractors and OEMs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting deliverables.
• Drive improvements in line design, throughput, and cost per pound using lean tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality, and regulatory goals.
• Lead capital planning, vendor selection, installation, commissioning, and cash-flow tracking.
• Maintain documentation, change control, and adherence to OSHA, FDA/FSMA, and state codes.
