Qualifications

• 10+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience with demonstrated competence.
• Proven track record of managing projects to completion using external resources.
• Strong knowledge of project management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Understanding and management of procurement and contracting processes.
• Travel 25% (mostly domestic to 7 plants in the US).

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, coordinates and directs engineering aspects of projects across multiple locations of major scope.
• Understands the business needs and has a thorough knowledge of the customer when developing a project scope.
• Uses established PM tools and techniques to stay within budget and achieve objectives.
• Develops project plans and strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
• Directs and manages project execution to achieve objectives.
• Closes the project by finalizing activities and completing the project or phase.
