Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
• 5+ years leading projects with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, coordinates and directs engineering projects across multiple locations.
• Defines project scope with customers and aligns with business objectives.
• Monitors budgets and uses PM tools to control scope and schedule.
• Prepares and maintains project plans and documentation.
• Directs project execution and closes the project per process.
