Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Senior Analyst, Capital Planning to support the company’s long-term capital asset strategy and end-to-end expenditure process. The role will build forecasts, underwrite investments, and help transform the ERP system for capital planning.

The position is on-site in Miami, requiring collaboration with Operating Groups, Accounting, and IT to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting for $20+ billion in upcoming capex over the next five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• 2-3 years of work experience across finance, operations, strategy, or underwriting.
• Experience with Oracle ERP; Power BI preferred but not required.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support multi-year budget planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior executives.
• Support the capital expenditure process from submission to monitoring and tracking.
• Coordinate Capital Committee meetings and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage the CAR process and ERP modules related to capital planning.
