Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Senior Analyst, Capital Planning to support long-term capital asset strategy and the end-to-end capital expenditure process. You will build forecasts, evaluate investment cases, and help design tracking and reporting systems.

This role partners with executives and operating groups to drive ROI analysis, manage CAR processes, and participate in ERP transformation for capital planning, with exposure to multi-year budgets and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
• 2-3 years of work experience across finance, operations, strategy, or underwriting.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Power BI preferred but not required.
• Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to deliver executive-level reports under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Utilize financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs related to capital projects and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Support the end-to-end capital expenditure process from submission to execution.
• Coordinate Capital Committee meetings and provide analyses to executives.
• Manage CAR process and ERP-related capital planning modules.
• Underwrite ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses for project proposals.
• Collaborate with operating groups, accounting, and IT on capital forecasting and reporting.
