Brookfield Renewable is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Capital Markets for our New York office. The role supports debt and tax equity financings, financing strategies, and growth initiatives across Brookfield’s Renewable and Infrastructure businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project finance or investment banking.
• Experience in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures.
• Experience in renewables would be an asset.
• CFA or CPA designation would be an asset.
• Strong leadership skills, including ownership, commitment, and accountability.
• High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strong financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing debt and tax equity financings, including owning the model, assisting with deliverables and diligence efforts, and coordinating with investors, legal advisors and consultants to achieve financial close.
• Coordinate with the corporate development and construction teams to ensure construction and term financings are properly suited to development and construction timelines.
• Assist in developing financing strategies for presentation to senior management.
• Support the VP, Capital Markets and Treasury on projects to enhance financial management of the organization.
