Job summary

Boccard is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage significant CAPEX projects from start to finish. You will apply Boccard PM System tools, oversee safety, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with clients and suppliers across multiple scopes including design, procurement, and commissioning.

The role requires 10+ years in hygienic life sciences industries and at least 5 years in CAPEX project management, with proven leadership and communication abilities. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Process Engineering with at least 10 years' experience in Hygienic Life Sciences and a minimum of 5 years' in a CAPEX Project Manager role.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in Budget Management.
• Exemplary leadership, strong problem-solving, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the project according to Boccard Project Management System and internal best practices.
• Keep safety first, comply with OSHA regulations, and report violations.
• Manage from small to multi-million-dollar projects and develop business with Clients.
• Prepare monthly budget reports and analyze technical and budget variances.
• Coordinate RFQ processes, supplier selection, and vendor performance.
• Track project scope, schedule, risks, and trigger change requests as needed.
• Organize meetings, manage resources, and ensure project handover and closeout.
