Job summary

Boccard Life Sciences, an industrial integrator, seeks a Senior Project Manager to direct and manage complex CAPEX projects from initiation to closeout, applying Boccard PM System tools and industry standards.

Responsibilities include planning, budget control, vendor coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication across food, cosmetic, pharma, and brewing markets. Travel up to 40% is possible as projects require on-site oversight.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Process Engineering with at least 10 years' experience in Hygienic Life Sciences and 5+ years in a CAPEX project manager role.
• More than 10 years of Budget Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects according to Boccard PM System and internal best practices, delivering on safety, time, spec and budget.
• Monitor scope, identify variations, and prepare change estimates in line with contract and internal rules.
• Coordinate with department managers to plan resources and assemble the project team; manage risks and report KPIs.
