Job summary

Boccard Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex CAPEX projects from initiation through closeout. The role involves directing project teams, managing scope, budget and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple industries including Food, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates and proposals, coordinating with vendors and clients, tracking KPIs, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Process Engineering with significant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a CAPEX Project Manager role.
• Experience in Hygienic Life Sciences (Food, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects per Boccard Project Management System and best practices.
• Manage budgets, scope and schedule; monitor variances and critical path.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors; lead kickoff and status meetings.
• Prepare technical specifications, bid packages, and change requests.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project requirements.
• Close out projects with handover, punch lists, and final acceptance.
