• Reviews designs for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives.
• Coordinates with engineering, project development, and leadership.
• Reviews layouts and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives.
• Keeps abreast of technology and market conditions affecting estimates.
• Establishes and implements metrics for cost and construction estimate checks.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
