JPMorganChase is seeking a senior product lead to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of cap table offerings that support end-to-end equity ownership management for private companies and funds.

You will lead a cross-functional team to build scalable capabilities spanning cap table modeling, issuer/investor views, corporate actions, reporting, and integrations with downstream workflows. This is a high-impact role within Workplace Solutions Product.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise platforms and data products.
• Ownership of complex financial domain products with high data integrity and controls.
• Understanding of private markets, cap tables, options/RSUs, and corporate actions.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for cap table offerings.
• Own the cap table domain model and ensure data quality, lineage, and auditability.
• Develop solutions for private companies and related services for employees.
• Partner with engineering to deliver a secure, API-first product with strong controls.
• Lead discovery with clients and users to convert needs into prioritized features.
• Establish KPIs and manage a continuous improvement backlog.
• Drive integration strategy across KYC, document management, valuations, and more.
• Ensure governance: requirements, controls-by-design, and regulatory alignment.
• Own delivery rituals: OKRs, backlog, release planning, UAT, and adoption.
