Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise platforms.
• Proven ownership of complex financial domain products with high data integrity.
• Deep knowledge of private markets and equity ownership concepts (cap tables, options/RSUs).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating needs into roadmaps and execution plans.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven, data-informed decision making.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for cap table offering for private companies.
• Own the cap table domain model (securities, stakeholders, vesting, options) with data quality and auditability.
• Develop solutions to bring JP Morgan capabilities to companies and employees.
• Partner with engineering to deliver a secure, API-first product with entitlements and workflows.
• Lead discovery with clients and internal users to translate needs into prioritized features.
• Establish product KPIs and manage continuous improvement backlog.
• Drive integration strategy with ecosystem tooling and external providers.
• Ensure governance: requirements docs, controls-by-design, regulatory alignment, and readiness.
