JPMorgan Chase is seeking a senior product lead to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of a cap table product offering that supports end-to-end equity ownership management for private companies and funds. • 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex financial domain products with data integrity and controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with crisp communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi‑quarter roadmap for cap table offering.
• Own the cap table domain model and ensure data quality and auditability.
• Develop solutions for private companies and related services to extend JP Morgan capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to deliver a secure, API‑first product with strong entitlements.
• Lead discovery with clients and internal users to translate needs into features.
• Establish product KPIs and manage a continuous‑improvement backlog.
• Drive integration strategy across ecosystem tooling and external service providers.
• Ensure governance: documentation, controls‑by‑design, and regulatory alignment.
• Own delivery rituals: OKRs, backlog management, releases, and training.
