Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security and asset protection across retail, cultivation, and manufacturing facilities.

You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and program enhancements to protect people, products, and property. Responsibilities include managing guard programs, investigations, and budget oversight, while collaborating with HR, Compliance, and Operations to set security standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of security management, asset protection, or multi-site experience.
• Cannabis, retail, or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing guard programs, investigations, and budget oversight.
• Expertise in physical security systems, access control, and surveillance platforms.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to conduct effective interviews.
• Knowledge of loss prevention metrics, financial analysis, and shrink reduction strategies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all physical security and asset protection operations within assigned state(s).
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce shrink and protect high-value inventory across the supply chain.
• Conduct loss trend analysis and partner with Retail Operations and Finance to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Drive field-based loss prevention programs ensuring compliance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis security regulations and policies related to surveillance, access control, and product movement.
• Lead investigations into theft, diversion, or policy violations with confidentiality.
• Document investigative steps and outcomes in incident reporting system.
• Partner with HR and Compliance to align investigations with policy and employment law.
• Liaise with law enforcement on active investigations when necessary.
• Collaborate to define security initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.
• Participate in development of security standards, training, and dashboards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to improve security visibility.
• Develop KPIs to measure department impact to leadership.
• Oversee contracted guard services and off-duty police coverage.
• Conduct site visits, post inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure vendor licensing, badging, insurance, and post-order requirements.
• Forecast and track expenses for guard service, technology, investigations, repairs.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities through efficiency and vendor changes.
• Conduct audits to validate regulatory and internal standards.
• Ensure surveillance systems meet state and company requirements.
• Lead or support training on robbery response and emergency procedures.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• Partner with Retail, Compliance, Facilities, and Operations on risk mitigation.
• Participate in new store openings, remodels, relocations for security readiness.
• Model Jushi values and promote proactive safety culture.
• Support leadership development through coaching and communication.
