Job summary

St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon seeks a Service Line Administrator – Cancer to lead strategic planning, financial stewardship, and market growth for the cancer service line across Bend and Redmond, partnering with physician leaders to deliver high-value cancer care.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure quality outcomes and patient safety, oversee budget and resources, and guide regional service expansion, all while advancing the mission, values and patient experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field is required.
• Oncology Service Line Leadership experience is preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of nursing experience in cancer services with at least three (3) years of progressive leadership.
• Current Oregon RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic planning, business development, financial stewardship and market growth for the cancer service line across Bend and Redmond.
• Collaborates with physician dyad leaders to deliver high-value cancer care.
• Oversees operations, quality outcomes, patient safety, regulatory compliance and caregiver and patient engagement.

Education
