St. Charles Health System in Bend/Redmond, Oregon seeks a Service Line Administrator – Cancer to lead strategic planning, operations, and financial stewardship for the cancer service line across multiple sites.

You will oversee radiology, infusion, radiation oncology, oncology therapies, and physician practice management in collaboration with physician leaders. The role drives growth, ensures patient safety and quality, and guides regional strategy to expand access to cancer care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic, operational, fiscal oversight of the cancer service line and related specialties.
• Oversee multidisciplinary cancer care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
• Develop and monitor long-term regional growth plans and capital projects for cancer services.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, pharmacists, and leaders to meet performance targets.
