Job summary

Northern Arizona University is seeking an Auxiliary Services Systems Analyst, Senior, to lead technical operations for campus auxiliary systems, including POS, meal plans, event ticketing, and room reservations. This on-site role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and end-user training.

You will manage Azure cloud infrastructure, use Azure DevOps and PowerShell, mentor staff, develop documentation, and drive system roadmaps to align with university goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Combination of related education, experience, and training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly responsive support to mission critical components including POS, meal plans, event ticketing, room and resource reservations, and other auxiliary systems.
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure for auxiliary applications, integrations, automation workflows, and secure data exchange.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, pipelines, and work tracking.
• Utilize PowerShell to automate system administration and improve efficiency.
• Manage ETL workflows using SSIS, SQL Server Agent, and APIs for data exchange.
• Mentor analysts and train users on system functionality and troubleshooting.
