The position requires a strong track record in healthcare marketing, senior stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership with a team handling design, copy, and content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, campaign strategy, communications, product marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment.
• Experience leading messaging, positioning, and content strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with commercial, marketing, and business objectives.
• Build annual and launch-specific campaign roadmaps supporting portfolio priorities and growth initiatives.
• Translate product strategy, customer insights, and market opportunities into customer-focused marketing plans.
• Identify opportunities to create connected campaigns across customer segments, procedures, technologies, and care settings.
• Establish campaign governance, planning processes, and performance measurement standards.
