What You'll Do

We’re looking for a dynamic marketing manager to join our growing marketing team at Fireblocks! You’ll be responsible for leading our payments market penetration initiatives—developing, executing, and influencing full funnel programs to drive awareness and demand globally.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product marketing, digital marketing, regional marketing, and GTM leaders to align inbound and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, understand marketing and sales funnels well, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Driving the strategy, development, and execution of product and vertical-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Managing budgets, measuring ROI, and overseeing campaign plans and execution, including webinars, digital advertising, virtual events, and email campaigns.
  • Defining and implementing inbound and outbound programs for pipeline growth, leveraging team resources for creative messaging, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Enabling regional marketers worldwide to launch campaigns and events.
  • Setting goals for programs, tracking results, measuring success, reporting metrics to stakeholders, and optimizing future campaigns.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation or campaign marketing.
  • Strong background in campaign development and execution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Clear communication of strategies and plans, with openness to feedback.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for impacting revenue goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and sales tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach (a plus).
  • Hands-on, curious, and innovative with new ideas and tools.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills.

For employees based in NYC, the estimated salary range for this role is $121,000 to $159,000, considering experience, skills, and business needs. This range is specific to NYC and may vary based on individual factors. Compensation includes base salary, potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
