About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking a dynamic marketing manager to join our growing marketing team at Fireblocks! You will lead our payments market penetration initiatives by developing, executing, and influencing full funnel programs to increase awareness and demand worldwide.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product marketing, digital marketing, regional marketing, and GTM leaders to align inbound and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, possess a strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, and make data-driven decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product and vertical-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, measure ROI, and oversee campaign plans and execution (including webinars, digital advertising, virtual events, email campaigns).
  • Define and implement inbound and outbound programs focused on pipeline growth, leveraging team resources for creative messaging, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Support regional marketers globally in launching campaigns and events.
  • Set goals for awareness and demand generation, track results, measure success, report metrics to stakeholders, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation or campaign marketing.
  • Strong background in campaign development and execution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry.
  • Thrives in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent at presenting strategies and plans, and receptive to feedback.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for impacting revenue goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and sales tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach preferred).
  • Hands-on, curious, and eager to explore new ideas and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize independently.

For employees working from our NYC headquarters, Fireblocks is required by law to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The estimated base salary range is $121,000 to $159,000, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.
