Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Campaign Planner to own end-to-end integrated campaign strategies across the Americas for high-volume recruitment marketing. This role drives multi-market planning across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, influencing leadership decisions and coordinating cross-functional teams to connect people with careers.

You will translate hiring demand into dynamic marketing plans, optimize campaigns, and lead reviews with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience with data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own annual integrated campaign plans for the Americas, including low-volume testing periods and high-volume events.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration with Creative, Performance Marketing, Journey Orchestration, Talent Engagement, and stakeholders.
• Define campaign performance frameworks and track outcomes to hiring goals.
• Deliver campaigns on time and within budget with clear ROI tied to hiring outcomes.
• Drive automation of planning processes and ensure readiness for demand spikes.
• Lead quarterly testing plans and present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
