Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Control Account Manager to support the AN/TPY-2 Programs from either Woburn, MA or Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on Earned Value Management, cost control, and robust scheduling to meet program objectives in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite position requires a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in PME PMX environments, are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and cost control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivots, macros and queries.

Responsibilities

• Define monthly variances to Budget and EAC positions with accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure timely iStatus inputs and accurate LRE and TB submissions.
• Generate clear Variance reports and support OWP staffing inputs.
• Assist Risk and Opportunity management and create Management Reserve requests as needed.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely EAC inputs and BCR generation/approval.
• Collaborate with IPTs/CPTs for scope baselining and respond to financial/scheduling queries.
• Participate in PAR/IBR/PMR meetings and drive process improvements.
