RTX Corporation is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead the Program Control for the UTMD CPT in Woburn, MA. The role focuses on financial execution, EV metrics, and leadership of CAMs across multiple contracts.

You will drive EAC development, improve reporting processes, and prepare financial briefings for executive leadership. Onsite role with strong cross-functional engagement and STEM background required.

Formación

• Must have STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering or program teams.
• Proficient in Earned Value management and EV reporting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and integration of Quarterly EACs across the UTMD program portfolio.
• Ensure accurate and predictable monthly and quarterly financial performance using EV metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of CAMs with training and process improvements.
• Coordinate with program leadership to implement consistent EV measurement and reporting practices.
• Prepare monthly OWP and staffing forecasts and track staffing execution against targets.
• Analyze monthly EV metrics and prepare leadership-friendly summaries.
• Generate CPT financial artifacts including weekly actuals and LRE vs. EAC analyses.
• Perform SAP and AO data extractions, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support CPT leadership decisions.
