Job summary

M&T Bank in Getzville, NY is seeking a CAM analyst to lead and participate in projects across Default Servicing, representing CAM in cross-functional initiatives with business partners. You will develop complex reports and analyses, perform data research and reconciliation, and help implement new projects and regulatory changes affecting CAM teams.

Qualifications

3+ years related experience in default servicing or collections
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Proficient with PC and standard office software
Proven written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve as a CAM resource and represent business practices in projects with stakeholders
Interact with partners across Banking platforms to leverage technology and projects
Develop and produce non-routine reports and analyses for CAM
Conduct data review, research, and reconciliation for CAM areas
Draft and edit CAM procedures to maintain currency
Support audits, user certifications and compliance testing for CAM
Lead and participate in planning, testing and implementing new CAM projects and changes
Coordinate with internal partners, external vendors and Technology to address CAM issues
Identify and escalate risk-related issues per Company standards
Maintain internal controls and assist with audit remediation tasks
