EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Calypso Support Analyst to provide day-to-day application support for the Calypso trading and risk platform, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.

You will collaborate with front, middle, back office and technology teams to understand trade lifecycle processes across asset classes. The role involves mentoring junior resources as a Senior on the team and requires hands-on Calypso knowledge, strong incident management, and stakeholder engagement

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as Calypso Support Analyst.
• Hands-on Calypso application knowledge.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for the Calypso platform across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting modules.
• Monitor batch jobs, scheduled tasks, interfaces, and system health via Calypso Scheduler and monitoring tools.
• Investigate and resolve incidents raised by business users within SLAs.
• Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems to support or development teams.
• Assist with end-of-day and start-of-day processes including P&L, risk, and position reconciliation.
